Children's Amendment Act no 41 of 2007

Children's Amendment Act no 41 of 2007, as signed by President on 2008-03-13. It is not expected that it would be put into effect soon, since it is subject to further amendments (to correct a number of errors), and to the finalisation of the regulations.

Children's Act, 2005

As adopted in 2005, and signed into law in 2006. This version deals only with national matters. The matters falling within the provincial mandate is dealt with in the s76 amendment bill.
