Policy areas and themes Up one level Including HIV/AIDS, poverty alleviation, child protection and enforcement of laws. A. General themes and action against child labour Including helplines, integrated actions against child labour etc. Awareness raising Communications campaigns and awareness-raising activities on child labour. Child care and welfare Including social services to families, and measures to assist orphans and vulnerable children. For grants, see "Poverty alleviation". Child-headed households Households with no adults, where children must often look after themselves, or where older children must look after a household consisting of their siblings.
