Southern African Child Labour Link - June 2008 TECL enters transition between programme phases Attached is message from Dawie Bosch, chief technical advisor to the programme Towards the Elimination of worst forms of Child Labour (TECL). It deals with: The winding down of TECL Phase I and gearing up for TECL Phase II. The state of child labour programme development in Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa and Swaziland.
