Summit TV's programme Law @ Work, is hosting an interview with Dawie Bosch, Chief Technical Advisor of the programme Towards the Elimination of the worst forms of Child Labour (TECL). The interview is on child labour generally, but with a focus on the recent sentencing of an employer in KwaZulu-Natal for employing a 14-year old child. The child was not at school, and the employer did not even pay the child his agreed wages!
