International law on CUBAC, child trafficking and CSEC - A brief overview An overview of international law on (a) the use, procuring or offering of a child for illicit activities, in particular for the production and trafficking of drugs as defined in the relevant international treaties (or Children Used by Adults to Commit Crime, CUBAC); (b) the sale and trafficking of children (a form of human trafficking); and (c) the use, procuring or offering of a child for prostitution, for the production of pornography or for pornographic performances (or Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, CSEC).
