Plan Content: The APEC itself Up one level Swaziland country plan The Swaziland Strategy and Action Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (APEC), as endorsed on 1 April 2008 by an extended meeting of the Programme Advisory Committee on Child Labour (PACC) for the country. The APEC is Swaziland's national action plan on child labour. The PACC represents government, civil society and social partners. It is still subject to final language edit and layout and final comment, as directed by the PACC. [Download the zipped file, and then unzip.] [Update]
