Coordination The Department of Labour in the Ministry of Enterprise and Employment is the Country Secretariat for the Programme Advisory Committee on Child Labour (PACC). The PACC meets regularly and serves to bring together key interest groups in government, labour, organised business, and the non-governmental sector. It also serves as a joint forum for national role-players and international organisations. Since the Labour Commissioner also chairs the PACC, this department is in effect the organising centre for the programme. See About us / General Governance Technical support
