TECL II - Potential projects in SA Outline of proposed focus areas and first draft of logical framework of the second phase of the programme Towards the Elimination of the worst forms of Child Labour (TECL). This was a report to the Implementation Committee of the Child Labour Programme of Action, 11 June 2008 (amended based on input received). It also served as an annexure to a letter regarding the closure of TECL I, addressed to all key government departments that TECL I had worked with.
