Rights of Uganda team members

Generally, team members can view, add to and edit all content on the Uganda section, but cannot publish it. Only once published will it become visible to the public.

The site has an intranet function, where information only meant for the Uganda team's eyes and information can be placed. Team members have the right to edit and add to this section.

Regarding any of the calendars / events:

• You can create events and make them private. You have to click 'make private' to make events visible to to all team members in the calendar.
• If you want to make items visible to the public, you must submit for publishing to the Webmaster.

When will Uganda 'go independent'?

At an appropriate stage, when the Uganda team is confident that it knows how the process works and is ready, the general site webmaster will give a specific person in the Uganda team the right to finalise and publish information without further intervention of the webmaster.
